Hosting an event soon?  Rent our renovated Greenspace in the heart of downtown Sarnia! 

RATES

DAYTIME:

• $100 per 4 hours 

EVENINGS & WEEKEND:

• $150 per 4 hours

• $50 for each additional hour up to $500​

SERVICES

• Fully licensed & insured
• Tables, chairs, linens 
• Free wifi
• Exclusive to Greens Catering

DEPOSIT/CANCELLATION

• 50% deposit required to hold Greenspace and the date
• Cancellation within 2 week and full deposit returned.  After two weeks, deposited is held. 

ADDITIONAL CHARGES

Miscellaneous

• Events that extend beyond regular hours of operation
• When additional cleaning is required
• When music is played, Socan fees will be charged
• When food & beverages are served
• When Goods & Services are sold
• Services, Room & Equipment Rentals are subject to applicable taxes
• Staffing & service
• Set-up / tear down fees ($38/hr)

• Renter assumes responsibility for any damage to premises or furnishings of Greenspace. In the event of damage, breakage or loss, renter will be charged for repair or replacement. Staff is scheduled until the ending time noted in the rental agreement. All guests, entertainers, caterers, decorators, etc. must depart by the agreed upon time. Subleasing of the premises is not permitted.

 CAPACITY: 30 - 40 PEOPLE​
